External Resources
Here we provide links to external resources that can help you get started with Immcantation and Adaptive Immune Receptor Repertoire (AIRR) research in general. Whether you’re new to immunogenomics or looking to deepen your understanding of the field, these resources will provide insights and guidance.
Applications of Immcantation
Looking for inspiration on how to apply Immcantation to your research?
The Cited by page lists scientific publications that have used Immcantation in their work. Browse these papers to discover how researchers across different fields have leveraged the framework for diverse applications, from vaccine development to autoimmune disease studies.
Visit the Immcantation YouTube channel to access tutorials, webinars, and presentations on using Immcantation tools. Recordings of our yearly Immcantation Users Group Meeting are also available on the channel.
Learn about immune repertoires and AIRR-seq research
The Adaptive Immune Receptor Repertoire Community (AIRR-C) of The Antibody Society is a research-driven group that is organizing and coordinating stakeholders in the use of next-generation sequencing technologies to study antibody/B-cell and T-cell receptor repertoires. The Community also organizes meetings and workshops to report progress in the field and promote its standards as well as webinars and seminars to promote AIRR-seq related research.
